We've enjoyed our Citrus Glazed Pecans on top of a salad with apples, goat cheese and honey. They are also great for snacking.

I tried this at my sister's pueblo house during the San Geronimo festival. I liked how the nuts were in small pieces rather than large.

I bought a couple of these at a convenience store outside of Taos in preparation for a fishing excursion. Later that day hunger "knocked on the door" and I tried one of the bars (blueberry lemon & cashew) and I was immediately impressed! It was soft, flavorful, no chemical aftertaste and was very pleasant to the palette. I kept the wrapper and once I got home I brought up the Taos Bakes website and read about their company. With a few clicks on their website I purchased a cross section of their bars and they are now our go snacks. We've become fans and have been handing out bars to all our friends and referring them to the Taos Bakes website. My compliments to them on producing quality products with great flavors.
