Never Received

Ordered Dec 1, received email Dec 2 stating order has shipped. Tracking link in that email states the order is still in Albuquerque??? Yesterday received email asking how I'm enjoying my bars and would I leave a review but that email states I only ordered one box when I ordered two. Too many customer service problems and I would like a refund since my card was charged on Dec 2. I attempted to contact the company using the contact form on their website several days ago but have received no response.
